I always believed learning happens more outside the four walls of the classroom. The campus at KTH has so much to offer that it seems to be a continuous wave of learning, leading to a great amount of development as an individual.
KTH innovation preincubation program was something I stumbled onto at Campus. Entrepreneurship and working on my own idea was something I always wanted to experiment with. In this twelve-month program, our ideas are moulded to a definite shape to be able to take it to the next stage. I consider myself to be fortunate for being selected for this 10th edition of the program and be one among the several companies working on realising their ideas.

The kickoff event was on 16th October 2019. As I entered the hall, I felt the positive vibes and energy that I always felt in the company of “doers”. The activities were planned to introduce us to our personal mentors, peer batchmates and the resources at KTH which we could exploit for our benefits.
The slide below was enough for me to infer that I made the right decision and I am at the right place.

The day continued with introductions, fun activities and endless discussions about random ideas. As usual, no event in Sweden would be an event without having Fika. This followed with a tour of the facilities and AfterWork which bought in all the other start-up companies inside the house to mingle with us.

The slogan of the KTH innovation hub is #itallstartshere. For me, it is starting here.
You don’t have to join a program to get support from KTH Innovation, you can just contact them at any time if you have an idea you’d like to develop
