Every year, KTH receives several staff visits from partners worldwide. KTH prioritises visits from existing partner universities. To request a staff visit, you must find both relevant groups to visit and contact persons at KTH.
How to plan a staff visit to KTH
KTH receives several staff visits annually from staff and researchers. To organise well-planned visits, KTH is prioritising requests from existing partner universities. KTH might not consider requests from other universities.
Administrative staff
When planning a visit to KTH, please start by finding a relevant department or group you would like to visit. KTH's university administration is divided into several departments, each with its own groups.

To request a staff visit:
- Please get in touch with someone at your institution who has established contact with KTH.
- Through the contact person, request a staff visit to KTH. Do not forget to specify which department or group you would like to meet with.
Be aware that KTH mainly recommends staff visits during KTH's academic year, from September to May.
Researchers
KTH is divided into five schools, each with its own departments and research groups. To request a staff visit to a research group, please contact the head of the research group you would like to meet with.
