About ITService
IT-Service is the IT-support and IT-maintenance organization for the School of ICT.
We support all KTH users at ICT with their IT requirements.
Maintenance window
Our maintenance window is at Wednesdays from 17:00.
We will always try to notify you by sending a e-mail at least 24 hours before to inform about which systems will be affected.
Urgent security updates may be preformed outside the maintenance window.
