Stockholm Mathematics Centre
The Stockholm Mathematics Centre is a collaboration between the mathematics departments at KTH and Stockholm University. The activities include a master program in mathematics, a colloquium and activities for secondary school students.

Vetenskapens Hus
Vetenskapens Hus is a major investment done by KTH and Stockholm University to attract interested students to technology-based education. Turn to KTH if you want to visit KTH one day for example to experiment i one of the labs.

Open house at KTH
In March, KTH organizes Öppet Hus, where interested high-school students and their parents have the opportunity to visit KTH. At Öppet Hus you can take guided tours, meet student counselors and meet students who read the programs you are interested in.

International
KTH and the School of Engineering Sciences collaborate with a number of internationally renowned universities to offer graduate engineering students a double degree. An opportunity that allows the student to take an academic and social step towards a possible international career.
For a while, our school and KTH collaborate with TU Delft University, TU Berlin, through the Master's programme in Computer Simulations for Science and Engineering (COSSE).

The School of Engineering Sciences, together with universities such as Osaka University and University of Toronto, is a member of the International Engineering Science Consortium (IESC) to promote exchanges of technology science experience between universities.
Degree project
KTH’s students end their studies with a degree project. The degree project gives the students an opportunity to apply their knowledge in the real life outside the academia world. The degree project is ten 10-20 weeks and is supervised by KTH in collaboration with the involved organisation. It can be started both during the spring and fall term. The examination is managed by KTH.

At the School of Engineering Sciences, competence centres are stationed so that we can establish close collaboration with other universities and external parties in the business and public sectors.

Mobility
Staff mobility , when staff are moving between KTH and the outside world, is an important part of the KTH model for collaboration. At the school there are currently five adjunct professors, four affiliated professors, four visiting professors and twelve affiliated faculty. See the list below.
Co-operation at KTH
KTH is in close co-operation with several large companies and organizations in the region. Partnerships, projects, alumni and supply of competence are some of the ways KTH is working with co-operation.
