The School of Information and Communication Technology conducts doctoral studies (PhD) in information and communication technology and physics. Approximately 30 doctoral degrees are issued each year.
The school of Infomation and Communication Technology is responsible for the Ph.D. program: Information and Communication with three specializations:
- Communications: Services and Infrastructure
- Electronic Systems
- Micro-and Nanoelectronics.
The school also has doctoral students in the Ph.D. program Physics.
