Workshop: Talking to customers
How do you get early market feedback and assure your idea is good enough?
Welcome to the workshop “Talking to customers" on how to get early market feedback, held by KTH Innovation. When you have an idea, getting input and feedback from customers and users is crucial to decide if it is a good idea or not. The valuable information can be used to decide on how to develop your idea further.
But what questions do you ask and how do you make sure you get unbiased answers and relevant information in return? How do you conduct meetings? How and where do you find people to talk to? These are areas we will address in this hands-on workshop.
Who is this for?
This workshop is for students and researchers at KTH, who are developing or thinking about developing an idea. Knowledge of how to interact with customers and validate your idea is always going to be useful.
