Since January we have a new agreement with the publisher Institute of Physics (IOP). This agreement gives you access to the package IOP Science Extra, containing 111 electronic journals in the subject of physics. It also contains an Open Access component.
Our newest library in Flemingsberg, Fleming Library, is a small course book library in Computer and Electrical Engineering, Medical Technology and Technical Preparatory Year open for students in Flemingsberg.
It is time for the annual Open Access Week, October 24th to 30th. The library will draw attention to this by setting up pop up-desks around campus, giving hands on support to researchers who wish to make their articles Open Access.

The National Library of Sweden has signed an agreement with Springer, which KTH has joined. This means that the fee for making your article available open access is already prepaid when you choose to publish in a hybrid journal from Springer.
