Fixed starting dates and presentation dates for 2015

With effect from the Spring Semester 2015, fixed starting dates and presentation dates are being introduced for degree projects, with one starting date per study period and three presentation dates per year.

Starting dates

• Period 3: 19-23 January 2015
• Period 4: 23-27 March 2015
• Period 1: 7-11 September 2015
• Period 2: 2-6 November 2015

The starting dates indicate when the first supervision meeting will take place. Prior to this, the student must have formulated their degree project assignment and had it approved by the examiner. 

The degree project assignment description must be submitted to the coordinator at least two weeks before the above starting dates.

Presentation dates

• Presentation date 1: 9-11 June 2015
• Presentation date 2: 29 September - 2 October 2015
• Presentation date 1:  9-11 February 2016
• Presentation date 2: 14-16 June 2016

The degree project report must be submitted at least two weeks before the presentation dates above.

Transitional rules
