Fixed starting dates and presentation dates for 2016 and 2017

With effect from the Spring Semester 2015, fixed starting dates and presentation dates are being introduced for degree projects, with one starting date per study period and up to five presentation dates per year.

Starting dates

• Study period 1: September 5-16 2016
• Study period 2: October 31 - November 11 2016
• Study period 3: January 17-27  2017
• Study period 4:  March 20-31 2017

The starting dates indicate when the first supervision meeting will take place. Prior to this, the student must have formulated their degree project assignment and had it approved by the examiner. 

The degree project assignment description must be submitted to the coordinator at least two weeks before the above starting dates.

Presentation dates

• September 26-30 2016
• November 7-11 2016
• February 6-10
• April (dates TBA)
• May 29 - June 16 (extension possible)

The degree project report must be submitted at least two weeks before the presentation dates above.  In exceptional cases, presentations make take place outside the designated periods.
