T
he oral presentation you willmust obviously need to prepare well. Very few people have tbe well prepared. The ability to makgive a good presentation when they are unpreparedile being unprepared is an ability very few people possess. You should therefore think carefully aboutthrough what you want to say and write notes. There is much to go throughdown key points. There is a great deal you need to cover in a short time, which requires good preparation.

The presentation will act as an inciter ofserve as a platform to pique interest forin your report and contains the most important conclusions and in additi, beyond tohis, the information that the audience (which is not likelyo cannot be presumed to have read the report) needs to understand, in order to be able to interpret and discuss the findingconclusions. For example, a presentation of the problem, a description of what you have done, whatthe results you have come up with, a discussion of how important ofielded, a discussion on the significance your work will be, whathave, the problems you have encountered and whatthe issues you have not been able to resolve. You do not pick upneed to cover everything fromin the report, but see it as an inciter ofinstead use the presentation to awaken interest forin the report. Please feel free to liven up the presentation with a brief demonstration on the computer, if you have prepared for itthe work you have done suits this platform.

The presentation should take about 25 minutes + time for opposipublic discussion and examination and any questions. Exactly 25 minutes can be difficult to achieve, but you should stay within the time frame of 20-26 minutes. Shorter or longer than this indicateat suggests poor preparation.

A poor presentation can be rejected. In that case ymay result in a failing grade. You will then have to redo it laterthe presentation at a later date.
